Thaksin foe socked in eye demands PM act

Well-known businessman Ekkayuth Anchanbutr said he was physically assaulted inside a five-star hotel in Bangkok yesterday and demanded Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra get to the bottom of the incident.

Mr Ekkayuth, a leading campaigner against the Thaksin Shinawatra government in the past, told a press conference he was assaulted soon after Ms Yingluck had left the hotel in the afternoon.

    It seems that Mr. Ekkayuth may have a history of making trouble. Why else would he have his own personal body guards? Which leads one to ask what were they doing when he was supposedly assaulted?

    This entire story is very fishy.

    Why doesnt he give names then .It isnt defamation if you say someone met some one .Defamation laws protect people who usually have a lot to hide .

    Really? According to another article, "The man's face was familiar and it was obvious that he used to work for Thaksin, he said."
