Chalerm: Watch the reconciliation bill

Deputy Prime Minister Chalerm Yubamrung said on Tuesday there will be a surprise in a reconciliation bill which should pass into law before any time-consuming amendments to the constitution can be made.

Mr Chalerm hinted at an unusual move in the reconciliation bill after being asked about concerns by the Democrat Party that charter amendment drafts proposed by the government, the Pheu Thai Party and the people's sector would lead to amnesties for certain people.
