Chalerm: Watch the reconciliation bill

Deputy Prime Minister Chalerm Yubamrung said on Tuesday there will be a surprise in a reconciliation bill which should pass into law before any time-consuming amendments to the constitution can be made.

Mr Chalerm hinted at an unusual move in the reconciliation bill after being asked about concerns by the Democrat Party that charter amendment drafts proposed by the government, the Pheu Thai Party and the people's sector would lead to amnesties for certain people.

If the article was about a dog getting run over the same people would still be talking junk about Thaksin.

Still hung up on bashing Thaksin. Get on with your life. It's to short as it is.

    ricefield,

It's sad that this government's main concern is whitewashing an escaped criminal, their stature would increase if they appeared to work for the country instead of a single person.

Could we maybe get Chalerm to Dubai and Thaksin back to Bangkok. Not that I really like the latter, but at least he did a bit more than just big talking.

His son doesn't seem to be having much success helping the motorcycle taxi drivers. Maybe he can learn from his dad, and keep everything secret, then no one would know if he failed or not. From a government that promised transparency, there sure are lots of secrets.

My suspicions suspect he is trying to create a deep division with the people by pardoning Thaksin for everything he ever did, or will do. I also suspect he would be allegedly found unusually wealthy on his return from China.

It must be something pretty bad for him to keep it a secret again. He seems to be again implying he can do anything he wants, and there is nothing anyone can do about it.

More than one month ago, Chalerrm said that in few days he will reveal who killed Seh Daeng (Khattiya Sawasdipol)...
He has already many weeks of delay...and we are still waiting...the surprise disclosure!

MED D1: Yes China knows how to treat its orders like serfs, effectively control the internet, limit freedom of speech, use the army to oppress both minority groups and its own people. It also has learned the expediency of having death trucks drive around the country instead of carrying out death in prisons.

Oh sorry, I guess you are referring to the 0.01% of millionaires now that the fascist-Stalinist state has realized it is good to exploit capitalism?

Mr. Chalerm, I thought it was not polite to point at people in Thailand. Oh forgot, you are not polite.

It appears that the Democrats will always vote against everything and anything. It's sad because their stature would increase if they appeared to work with the government to have a better charter written rather than always opposing everything proposed, both good and bad.

I like the finger of Chalerm, he is pointing at something...be careful ladies...5555
