TRC chairman urges delay in rewrite debate
Red shirt proposals 'must also be heard'

The chairman of the Truth for Reconciliation Commission yesterday urged the parliament speaker to delay tomorrow's debate on three draft constitution amendments.
Kanit na Nakhon said MPs should wait for verification of three amendment motions filed by civic groups.
The TRC also suggested that parliament extend the constitution rewriting period from 180 days to 300 days.
