Yossawaris' bail revoked

The Criminal Court on Wednesday decided to revoke the bail of red-shirt leader Yossawaris Chuklom, alias Jeng Dokchik.

Of the 19 red-shirt co-leaders awaiting the court's decision today, only Mr Yossawaris had his bail revoked.

There is no argument whether Nattawut incited people to burn down Central World.

His own words were, "Burn down this disgusting mall. I will take full responsibility."
And then they burnt it down.

    So let him take responsibility.

Discussion 12 lancelot : it is the court to decide whether Jatuporn, Natthawat, Arisman had indeed incited the red shirts for the arson offences. Defendants are still on bail pending a fair trial. So do not attempt to give your own layman verdict here.

Of course Jatuporn, Nattawut, Arisman didn't switch matches to burn Bangkok, but they incited redshirts to di it. As leaders they have to respond.
If I follow your theory, you will say "Hitler has never killed jews, it was the SS"... but as leader (furehr) of Germany, he was the mean responsible of the Holocaust...

I feel very sorry to have disapointed you. Don't worry, I didn't change my mind. I was not laughing, I use a ironic tone and I thought my anti-Taksin/UDD friends would understand it. Of course, Jatuporn becoming Deputy Minister of interior will be a real disaster for Thailand...

@musashi #8: Did you ever hear anything about YouTube? You know they have a lot of videos on that site. Try searching for red shirts Thailand and you will get thousands or hits...

@supermax #6: I am surprised you can still laugh about this. Now having Chalerm as Deputy Prime minister wipes any smile of my face but thinking about Jatuporn in charge makes me really sick.

bkk-farang #4: We all love to see terrorists behind bars. If you have evidence that Jatuporn has committed acts of terrorism, please do us a favor and submit your evidence to the DSI. Otherwise, there is no point in you blowing hot air in here.

So now the fugitive still has to deal with the loudmouth Jatuporn. Good luck ...

Good job Jatuporn ! Your next work is to be Deputy Minister of Interior and you could control easily the PAD demonstrations. Nattawut and Jatuporn inside the government : Thailand take a big step toward democracy.....hahahahaha !!!

"However, the court has prohibited them from going up on stage to speak in a way to incite unrest or violate the law and from travelling abroad."
It is really a pity not to say shame and I am sure that they go to the stage again and it will be seen not as a way to incite unrest.
