Yongyuth qualifies for cabinet post

Deputy Prime Minister Yongyuth Wichaidit is qualified for a cabinet post despite being found to have breached discipline in connection with the Alpine land case in 2002 because he has been cleared of wrongdoing under a pardon act, interior permanent secretary Phranai Suwannarat said on Sunday.

Earlier, the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) ruled that Mr Yongyuth had breached discipline in connection with the Alpine case.

The Interior Ministry's civil service subcommittee, using the NACC's ruling, decided in a Sept 14 meeting that Mr Yongyuth be dismissed retroactively as interior deputy permanent secretary from Sept 30, 2002.

What gives yingluck , I though Privy Councillor Chulanont had 2 weeks to remove his dwelling from encroachment on Khao Yai ?
As PTP are so big on double standards and all , when can we see the same outcome for the obvious encroachment of the Alpine Golf and Country Club and the investigation into the disgusting deal that helped secure it , by the way yingluck , who owns it all ?
Please explain ?

Ok sure right yeah , nahhh , i mean ?
I thought this "matter" was a political issue and that actually it was taxsin/yingluck and ptp that the Dems were seeking to remove totally , Prompong ?
Anyway the truth will prevail as usual , don`t they realise this , especially since Prompong is back to being taxsins top lawyer , since Amsterdam dumped him and all ?
How come Amsterdam got the job over you anyway prompong ?

"Mr Yongyuth is the leader of the ruling Pheu Thai Party, concurrently holding the posts of deputy prime minister and interior minister".
He obviously shouldn`t be in any position of importance let alone two , who placed him i wonder , yingluck please explain what he did wrong , for who and why he being in such positions of authority is to the benefit of the Thai people and their Kingdom ?

When everyone in your government is either pardoned, pending pardon, pending trial, a convicted criminal, or somewhere in between, you really are absolutely unqualified to run the country and your government is absolutely illegitimate. When the only counterclaim PTP & Co. can make is that the military are criminals for throwing this band of crooks and thieves out, we are able to properly frame the debate.

The problem is that he was not tried and found quilty of the wrong doing prior to 2007. They just discovered this issue recently to the pardon act does not apply...unless of course you are a PT mafia member.
