Jeng's bail decision Sept 28

The Criminal Court said on Tuesday it will rule on Friday whether it will allow bail for red-shirt Yossawaris Chuklom, alias Jeng Dokchik.

Winyat Chartmontree, a lawyer for the United Front for Democracy against Dictatorship, filed a second request with the court seeking Mr Yossawaris' release on bail. He offered 600,000 bail as surety. The first application was rejected.

Mr Yossawaris testified before the court today. He admitted that he broke his bail conditions and promised not to repeat the mistake.

"He admitted that he broke his bail conditions..."

That's it, end of story, end of bail. Stop this childish 'I'm sorry, I won't do it again'.
