Ex-senator petitions against Abhisit

Former senator Ruangkrai Leekijwattana on Monday petitioned the Election Commission to seek a Consitution Court ruling whether Democrat Party leader Abhisit Vejjajiva was still qualified to serve as an MP after the Defence Ministry retroactively dismissed him from military service.

    All these petitions toing and froing. Surely all K. Abhisit needs to do is provide the proof requested by the Defence Ministry. Or is this being too simplistic?
