bkposter D14: You're right. What the Yellow shirt did is equally criminal; but that doesn't justify Korkaew being out of jail and having a position in the government. A crime is a crime and they all, red and Yellow alike (leaders), should be in jail, preferably in the same cell and the key tossed away so that they can never cause trouble again.
These people aren't fighting for democracy nor freedom; they simply want to be in power long enough to plunder the country and get rich quick.

Oh wonderful, another rally. Don't people have anything else to do with their time?

So putting a criminal in prison is "subverting democracy," while I suppose openly running the country by proxy through your sister, despite 2 arrest warrants and a 2 year jail sentence pending, is then, "democracy?" The UDD may still have bodies to line its rallies, but it has exhausted its legitimacy long ago.

Re: D2,,,there is also the double standard that all those charged with the same offense from the yellow shirts take over of the airports in 08 have never served even one day and have been granted delays for their trials the most trivial of reasons. They still speak out often still freely state they want the illegal overthrow of the government by the military. Are Kokeow's remarks any worse than theirs? if you are pro yellow you will say yes, and if you are pro red you will say no and it you are neutral you will realize their is no difference.

Discussion 3 brilliant : Pitak Siam and yellow PADs also like to threaten others. They even threaten to overthrow the entire ruling government.

Outrageous that this man was ever let out of jail, and indicative of the absolute depravity of the current government who has multiple criminals, accused AND convicted in leadership positions. A party of criminality, no matter how "popular" is still utterly illegitimate.

Jatuporn says reds will hold major rally Dec 22 of course they will.
Now that will be interesting after the last rally in Bangkok could we have double standards here.
No this government will not interfere with the red shirts.

The Pheu Thai has reneged on some very important issues regarding their supporters who demonstrated and even died for what they believed to have been a common cause. The PT has also reneged on certain promises about looking into laws and what happened before.

IMO the red shirt/UDD should break off with the PT and realize they can create a major political force themselves. As long as they are led by the nose they will get stabbed in the back.

The PT, still the (slightly) lesser of evils should never have become so quickly obsessed with bringing TS back. Back room deals were made.

    Interesting information.

One of the membership benefits of joining PTP is immunity from any criminal act.

PTP is now above the government.
