#1, you took this sentence from the no regretted Muammar Gaddafi. It's a constance for the dictators and their fans to use rethoric and cynism to justify the crimes against the People. The Red-shirts are Thai citizens, maybe more than AV, not terrorists.

It is about time that some accountability was seen for the deaths of all those people in 2010. I personally would like to see the law changed that says that the Army personnel can't be charged. That law flies in the face of the rest of the world. After the second world war, the courts sorting out the situation decided that "I was only following orders" was no excuse for some of the terrible things that happened in that conflict. In Thailand, it seems that if you are in the Army, if you are told to shoot someone, you do it and say, "he told me to, charge him.." Not right is it?

If you want fairness and justice maybe you should get the ICC i

As I just posted to another story here in BP...
The PT government is full of rank amateurs as politicians but as comic entertainers they are great.

It is sad to think a simple election would have avoided all this in the first place.

If a Prime Minister can he held liable for the actions of the security forces, then it's only right that a similar charge be laid against Thaksin for the deaths that occurred during his regime's drugs crackdown. No double standards please, Pheu Thai.

Of course it is ridiculous, but no more ridiculous than the charges - even the conviction - against Thaksin. No one in Thailand, least of all those in power at any time, show any genuine respect for law; they simply use it for what they think is their own advantage.
