"He also said the DSI had failed to take into account a court ruling that the 2010 political rallies were illegal."

So does that mean if the protest is illegal you have the right to order the army to kill those who are protesting? How about the killing of a young school boy on his way home from school. I saw a picture of a body laying on the ground with a gunshot wound to the head and his mother and others claim the army shot at anyone attempting to remove the body and take the 17 year old to hospital.

They should also be punished for " looking down DSI investigation"
