Court rules on 4th death in 2010 riots

The Criminal Court on Thursday ruled that a 14-year-old boy was killed by a bullet fired by a soldier on May 15, 2010 during the height of the United Front for Democracy against Dictatorship (UDD) protests.

This was the fourth ruling in cases now being linked to former prime minister Abhisit Vejjajiva and his then deputy Suthep Thaugsuban, who was director of the  Centre for the Resolution of the Emergency Situations (CRES) handling the crackdown on the violent UDD protests in April-May 2010.

In this case, the prosecutors requested the Criminal Court to investigate and establish the cause of the death of 14-year-old Kunakorn "Nong Isa" Srisuwan, who was hit in the back by a military-calibre bullet under the airport rail link station on Ratchaprarop road in front of the OA theatre opposite the mouth of Soi Mor Leng on May 15, 2010.

After all, the hearings on court rulings that these deaths were caused from weapons belonging to the armed forces is becoming an international laughing sto lies without a shread of evidenck. Up to now the weapons which were seized and looted from the security forces by the protesters and later on displayed at the rally site at Ratchaprasong intersection by the UDD leaders were totally vanished into thin air the news were totally black out. These were the same weapons that could be used against their own protesters so that people will have a hard pill to swallow accusing the ex PM and his deputy."

Still waiting for a ruling on the deaths of soldiers by the UDD militia in 2010. Also the lady killed by Redshirt mortar fire on the BTS station. Guess the CSI don't rate it as very important.
