PAD leaders finally indicted

Leaders of the People's Alliance for Democracy (PAD) have finally been indicted in the Criminal Court on charges in two cases involving protests in 2008.

Sondhi Limthongkul, Maj-Gen Chamlong Srimuang, Pibhop Dhongchai, Somkiat Pongpaiboon, Prapan Khoonmee and Maleerat Kaewka were indicted after their arrival at the court, answering a summons by the prosecutors.

The first case is against 10 PAD leaders led by Mr Sondhi for laying siege to parliament on Oct 5-7, 2008.  The second case is against six PAD leaders including Mr Sondhi for intruding into Government House on Aug 26-31, 2008.

If the PAD leaders had of been indited quickly it's very likely the Reds would never have even existed.

D1 to D5 : Will we see the same enthusiasm when it's UDD's turn? Or are we still stuck in personal political bias?

We're going to get them imprisoned on disorders our society charges for depriving the power from the formal government.

    They will be charged.
    They will be found guilty.
But they will not go to jail, because the sentences will probably be suspended (like always).

Don't forget, there is still the siege on Don Muaeng and Survanabhumi to account for.

it is about time for some of the many trouble makers (PAD) should face jail time too. for many democratic country sometimes should dictate their own law to prosecute the people that disturb or would harm to a democracy. in order to put the country rest in peace, and those should get locked up behind bar first.
