EC asked to disqualify Abhisit

Former senator Ruangkrai Leekijwattana has asked the Election Commission to quickly consider whether former prime minister Abhisit Vejjajiva has lost his qualification to be an MP.

The Defence Ministry on Jan 2 issued an order, signed by ACM Sukumpol Suwanatat, retroactively revoking the orders issued  in 1987 and 1988 appointing Mr Abhisit as an instructor at the Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy (CRMA) and as a commissioned officer holding the rank of sub-lieutenant.

Mr Ruangkrai, who had earlier asked the EC to probe Mr Abhisit's qualifications, asked the EC in a fresh petition to quickly act accordance with Section 91 of the constitution and Article 10 of the Election Commission Act by sending a letter to the House speaker so that he could subsequently ask the Constitution Court to make a final ruling on Mr Abhisit's MP status.

Just Google on Ruangkrai Leekijwattana and there he is, a constant trouble seeker begging for attention. Sir, get a life is applicable to you, serious, give it a rest it appears more silly by the day.

Maybe Abhisit should become a criminal, get convicted by the highest court, get bail and flee the country. Then he can settle somewhere far away and tell his sister over the phone how to run the country. I guess that would be perfectly ok in the eyes of the senator, or not?
