    The Army Chief will stand on the side of international rule of law and obey the order of the Government in protecting the country's sovereignty. There is no common ground with PAD for their activities will only lead to war to destroy both countries. They have always been rooms for negotiation toward a happy solution but the DEM and PAD etc destroyed them. Whatever the ICJ ruling, both countries are happy to negotiate the 'disputed' 4.6 judging from the improved relationship of both countries.
