Subcontractor files case against PCC

A company subcontracted to build five police stations on Thursday filed a petition with the Department of Special Investigation (DSI) against PCC Development and Construction Co (PCC), accusing it of fraud.

The petition was filed on behalf of S.L. Development and Construction Co by Kornpat Paiboonsirikul, a construction engineer, with Pol Lt-Col Thawal Mangkhang, the DSI's special cases specialist.

Mr Kornpat said S.L. Development and Construction was subcontracted by PCC on July 8, 2011 to build one large police station and four small ones. The median price set for the large station was 19.2 million baht and for the small ones between 5.5 million and 5.8 million baht.

it is a laughable, the deal were to be fraud, so who got all the money then?. it must be the well plan from many corruptible politicians during democrat administration. Abhisit may not know Suthep that well back then. not so surprise to know that Suthep came out to denies for his involvement. if so who in charge in that deal?. poor taxpayers.

So the big question is that since the prime and sub contractors did not build any stations. where are all the hundreds of millions of baht????
