Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra has been given three days to respond to the demands of protesters rallying outside Government House.
Hundreds of farmers and poor people try to break through a gate at Government House in an effort to submit their written demands to the prime minister. The group says it wants solutions to the problems created by previous government projects. They have vowed to continue with their rally until the government comes up with a satisfactory response. The People's Movement for a Just Society (Pmove) says it will intensify its protests if the demands are not met, although it did not specify what action would be taken.
