Centre for Maintaining Peace and Order chief Chalerm Yubamrung has signed Indian businessman Satish Sehgal’s deportation order, Immigration Bureau chief Pol Lt Gen Panu Kerdlarppol says.
The president of the India-Thai Business Association was accused of defying the emergency decree imposed by the government in leading People’s Democratic Reform Committee demonstrators to besiege state offices.
Mr Sehgal will today submit an appeal to the Royal Household Bureau, asking His Majesty the King to step in to help him.
