Military chiefs bid to heal rift after brawl

Commanders of the army and air force units whose personnel were involved in a brawl this week met and made amends yesterday.  

An army representative hands a gift hamper to an injured airman who was allegedly attacked by 20 soldiers during a brawl on Wednesday night at a nightclub in Pathum Thani. Several airmen were working part-time at the club as security guards. Three were injured and were receiving treatment in local hospitals. Wassana Nanuam

The superiors of the soldiers who attacked the airmen at a nightclub in Pathum Thani's Khlong Luang district met their commander yesterday in a bid to heal the rift that had grown between the two units following the brawl on Wednesday night.
