Prime Minister Gen Prayut Chan-o-cha will visit China and Myanmar next month, a government spokesman said Wednesday.
Gen Prayut will attend the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (Apec) summit to be hosted by Beijing on Nov 9-11 and will spend the next two days in Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar's capital, for an East Asia Summit, Maj Gen Weerachon Sukondhapatipak said.
Maj Gen Weerachon said the prime minister will arrive in Cambodia on next Thursday on a two-day visit where he will seek cooperation to resolve border problems with his Cambodian counterpart Hun Sen and discuss with him border trade and energy issues.
