Pheu Thai core member Watana Muangsook has been released by the military, but had to appear before the South Bangkok Criminal Court this morning to face indictment on charges of violating the Computer Act of 2007.
A group of soldiers went to Mr Watana's house in Prawet district yesterday morning and took him to the 11th Army Circle for "attitude adjustment."

Mr Watana posted on his Facebook page on Wednesday night:
"I am now back home. I was taken to the 11th Army Circle for attitude adjustment from 11.30am to 9.30pm. The soldiers then took me to Nang Lerng police station and filed a complaint against me for violating the Computer Act of 2007. We arrived there at about 10pm and I underwent an interrogation until 10.45pm. The soldiers brought me home at about 11.10pm.
"I have an appointment to appear before the Bangkok South Criminal Court on March 3 at 9.30am. I will apply for bail to fight the case."
Mr Watana was taken by the military for "attitude adjustment" because he had posted messages on the social media, criticising Deputy Prime Minister Prawit Wongsuwon and the National Council for Peace and Order.
In last night's post, Mr Watana also said that while at the 11th Army Circle, he was told by an officer from the Judge Advocate General's Department that what he had posted on the social media was a lie, causing damage to other people.
He thanked the people, including the media, the New Democracy Group, the Pheu Thai Party and former prime minister Yingluck Shinawatra for demanding his release.
"I said to the officers assigned to conduct the attitude adjustment session that I will continue to criticise the work of the government, the NCPO and other people concerned. Whoever is taking a monthly pay from tax money paid by the people, including myself, should be subject to criticism," Mr Watana said in his post.
