A 36-year-old man was chased down Sukhumvit Road, South Pattaya, after witnesses saw him emerging from an apartment complex with computer parts, women’s underwear and a sex toy described as a black penis. Wichart Premonchart admitted he had visited a room in the apartment block but claimed all the items belonged to him and were not stolen. However, this defence collapsed when the women’s clothes proved to be too small to fit him. Police later confirmed that Wichart had stolen the items. His escape was slowed down by the large number of items he was carrying, which led to his capture.
