'Drunk' Russian jumps off building

CHON BURI - A Russian woman reportedly jumped from the fifth floor of a condominium building in Pattaya in an attempt to get her boyfriend's attention.

Police said the woman, Trina Sogak, had an argument with her Russian boyfriend before she leaped from the building.

Friends of the injured tourist told police that Ms Sogak had returned home drunk from a party and felt she was being ignored by her boyfriend.

I expect we'll see this more and more in Pattaya. Russian men apparently have no idea where to take their girlfriends on holiday -- and so they take them to Pattaya. 555. You can spot these couples because the women look absolutely miserable, and the men look happily distracted.

Interesting thought process - take me to the entertainement venue or I jump from the balcony (and then you can take me to the hospital or Wat). I'm sure both boyfriends will soon find another girlfriend.

Wow! Must be a real real slow news day.
I have to say this news is really sad. I hope the girl is ok and next time she thinks about jumping please take her russian boyfriend with her. Im sure Thailand will be much better off without 2 Russian tourist.
