An elderly German tourist was temporarily robbed in North Pattaya after being surprised by a sexual offer. Police volunteers detained the suspect, 25 year old Mr Lek Joomsin, who denied being a pickpocket but could not explain why he had the foreigner’s mobile phone in his underwear.
