Militants killed by their own bomb

Two men believed to be members of the separatist Runda Kampulan Kecil movement were killed when their home-made bomb exploded prematurely near a military outpost in Narathiwat’s Rueso district early Tuesday morning, police said.
A joint military and police force led by Pol Col Sathanfa Wamasing, chief of Rueso police station, and Lt-Col Manit Paopngchan, chief of Narathiwat Special Task Force No. 30, inspected the scene of the explosion.
The found a bomb crater over a metre deep and nearly two metres wide near a bridge in Ban Baluka of Moo 7 in tambon Samakkee.
