Two soldiers were wounded by a bomb explosion while on patrol duty in Kapho district of Pattani province on Wednesday morning.
Police said the attack happened about 10am. The bomb, buried in the road near a village in tambon Talo Duraman, was remotely detonated.
The explosion hit a pick-up truck carrying five soldiers, injuring two of them.
