PM sends military reshuffle list to King

Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra has forwarded the senior military reshuffle list to His Majesty the King for royal approval even though the matter is now the subject of a legal dispute.

The prime minister confirmed yesterday she has sent the list.

Defence permanent secretary Sathian Phoemthongin has protested against the reshuffle list as he did not attend the defence board meeting last week that concluded the list.

Why does this article begin with "Defence permanent secretary Sathian Phoemthongin has protested"""?
He no longer has that title as he was transferred out of that position.

In most Armies this idiot would be told,"You no longer have that position, that is an order, sit down and shut up!" by his superiors in the defense ministry.
