Appeal in Sukumpol case

The Judge Advocate General's Department has appealed against a court injunction suspending Defence Minister Sukumpol Suwanatat's order transferring Gen Chatree Thatti, a deputy permanent secretary for defence.

The Administrative Court ruled on Wednesday that ACM Sukumpol is not Gen Chatree's immediate supervisor, and the charge of breach of discipline brought against him which prompted the transfer was not clear.

A source said the department, which acts as a legal adviser to ACM Sukumpol, submitted more evidence to back its claim that Gen Chatree breached discipline.

I completely agree that, if the General breached discipline, he should receive whatever appropriate penalty. Now, about that BKK Chief of Police with the photo showing him visiting a convicted felon on the run - how's that going?
