Pattani: At least one person was killed and two others injured in three bomb attacks at three different eateries in Muang district about 7pm last night.
The first explosion was reported at a restaurant called Sai Rung where a Lao waitress, identified only as Muay, was found dead. The restaurant is in Moo 6 of tambon Rusamilae, just behind the Pattani campus of the Prince of Songkla University.
The second bomb went off at Khrua Songkhla restaurant, located about 500 metres from the first explosion.
The third bomb attack was reported at Ma Ruay restaurant on Na Kluea Road in tambon Bana. Two people were injured by the blast.
