NARATHIWAT -- Three soldiers were wounded by a bomb explosion in Tak Bai district on Monday morning, according to media reports.
The three soldiers of Narathiwat Task Force 31 -- Pvt Nasri Longso, Pvt Saksit Chaipimol and Pvt Sathit Bin-awah -- were returning to their base on a pickup truck after providing security for an army conscription unit when a bomb was detonated on the road between Ban Chum Bok and Ban Koh Sathon.
The incident occurred about 7.15am.
All the three soldiers were wounded by the explosion.
