Barton will help coach participants from all over the country striving to be named this year's Jr NBA Thailand All-Stars.

The national training camp will be held at the New International School of Bangkok (Nist) from July 15-16 and at the Future Park shopping mall in Rangsit on July 17.

"I'm looking forward to meeting and training with the future basketball stars of Thailand," said Barton.

"The Jr NBA participants have worked very hard for their spots at the national training camp, and I can't wait to share my skills and knowledge with all of them."

FrieslandCampina Thailand marketing director Pimjan Vimuktanonda said: "On behalf of Foremost, we can proudly say that this has been a successful partnership.

"More and more children from schools nationwide participate in the Jr NBA every year, and we are thrilled to give these Thai athletes the opportunity to get an up-close and personal experience with an NBA player."

At the end of the training amp, 10 boys and five girls will be named Jr NBA Thailand All-Stars and will participate in a unique, overseas NBA experience together with fellow Jr NBA All-Stars from Southeast Asia later in the year.
