Udorn Duangdecha ended his four-year title drought with a four-stroke victory in the fifth leg of the Singha-SAT Championship 2016 in Nakhon Nayok yesterday.

Looking for his first Thai PGA Tour title since 2012, the 46-year-old Udorn, who held a three-shot advantage after the third round, took his form to the final day, firing a 68 at the par-71 Watermill Golf & Gardens for an 18-under 266 total.

Pijit Petchkasem (69) was runner-up on 14-under 270 and Pannakorn Uthaipas (65) finished a stroke down further on 271.

Poom Saksansin posted a last-hole birdie for a 70 to finish fourth on 272 and Namchok Tantipokhakul (69) was fifth on 273.

Udorn made the turn with a 33 with two birdies and despite dropping a shot on the 15th, he fought back with birdies on the last two holes.

The Chiang Mai native took home 435,000 baht and moved up to lead the money list with total earnings of 899,946 baht.

The veteran, who is also on top of the All Thailand Golf Tour money list, is confident to finish first on the money lists of both domestic tours this year.

"I am back in form and that is because I am more disciplined," said Udorn.

"I am now leading both domestic tours and am confident to hold on to the top spots for the rest of the year.

"I will now be a title contender at all the remaining events this year."

Pijit was 15-under -- two shots behind Udorn -- after nine holes, but two birdies and three bogeys on the last six holes cost him a chance to catch the leader.

Pijit earned 255,000 baht and Pinnakorn received 171,000 baht.

As for the 23-year-old Poom, who headed the money list prior to the Nakhon Nayok event, received 138,000 baht and slipped to second place with 718,532 baht.
