Thai League champions SCG Muang Thong United officially unveiled their squad yesterday and vowed to win all three major domestic competitions.

Their players include Thailand internationals Chanathip Songkrasin, Teerasil Dangda, Theerathon Bunmathan, Sarach Yooyen, Kawin Thamsatchanat and Triston do.

The Kirins' foreign stars include Brazilian striker Cleiton Silva, Japan's Naoaki Aoyama and new signing Lee Ho from South Korea.

Muang Thong also shared the League Cup title with bitter rivals Buriram United last season.

They will compete in the new campaign, which begins next month, under the theme 'War of Heroes.'

Totchtawan Sripan will remain as coach after helping Muang Thong end their title drought in his first season with the Kirins.

Muang Thong president Pongsak Pol-Anan said: "We had a successful season last year and will have a difficult task in the upcoming season. However, we aim to win all of the three domestic competitions [the Thai League, FA Cup and League Cup]. We will also play in the AFC Champions League and want to become a top Asian side. It will be a challenging and exciting season for us."

Club director Ronnarit Suewaja explained that the theme 'War of Heroes' means the players are the heroes of all Thais as Muang Thong have a large number of Thailand players and will represent the country in the AFC Champions League.

He said the Kirins had about 400 million baht to spend in the transfer market.

They have already brought in several new players and Ronnarit said they will sign a couple more.

However, he dismissed reports that Muang Thong wanted to sign Thailand midfielder Charyl Chappuis from Suphanburi.

"He is too expensive. We can't afford the price tag of 100-200 million baht set by his club," he said.

Meanwhile, the Football Association of Thailand (FAT) has signed a contract with Toyota who continue to be the major sponsor of the Thai League for another four years.

The new deal is worth 700 million baht.
