Thailand's Ruthtanaphol Theppibal came fifth in the lightweight men's single sculls heat in the World Rowing Championships in Bled, Slovenia yesterday.

Ruthtanaphol, 39, who is a Navy Seal, is an experienced international rower who won a bronze medal at the 2006 Asian Games.
