Thailand Premier League runners-up Chonburi FC are ready to welcome back Suree Sukha and Kiatprawut Saiwaew whose contracts with Enlglish club Manchester City have been terminated.

"We are ready to take them back. Chonburi FC is like their home," Annop Singtothong, the club's deputy manager, said yesterday.

However, Annop said the two should also consider offers from other clubs and that he would help them find a new club if they want.

Suree has been training with Chonburi FC for some time, while Kiatprawut is recovering from an injury.

The two along with fellow Thailand international Teerasil Dangda signed three-year contracts with Man City in November last year when former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra was the club's owner.

Thaksin, who is facing several corruption charges in Thailand and is seeking political asylum in Britain, sold his stakes to the Abu Dhabi United Group recently.

The trio were apparently not in the new owner's plans and their contracts were terminated.

Kiatprawut, who is facing a four-month injury lay-off, said he was unsure about his future.

He said he did not know whether he would get compensation from City for the remaining two years on the contract. However, he said the club should at least pay his medical bills as he got injured while on their books.
