Top spot still target for defiant Wenger

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger insisted he still harbours aspirations of knocking rivals Schalke off their perch atop Group B as the final round of Champions League group stage fixtures takes place this week.

File picture. Arsenal's French manager Arsene Wenger takes his seat before a UEFA Champions League Group B match on November 21, 2012. Wenger insists he still harbours aspirations of knocking rivals Schalke off their perch atop Group B as the final round of Champions League group stage fixtures takes place this week.
