Tina Maze wins World Cup giant slalom

Tina Maze of Slovenia won the women's World Cup giant slalom at St Moritz on Sunday to consolidate her lead in the overall standings.

Slovenia's Tina Maze celebrates after wining the women's Alpine skiing World Cup giant slalom in St. Moritz.

She led by over half a second after the first run and held on to take top spot and 100 World Cup points ahead of Germany's Viktoria Rebensburg and Tessa Worley of France.
