Oympian Natthanan of Chon Buri won her seventh gold medal of the Chiang Mai Games in the women's 50m freestyle in 26.51sec.
But she had to settle for silver in the 800m freestyle finishing in 9:01.58min behind Bangkok's Benjaporn who clocked 8:53.17. Benjaporn also broke Natthanan's National Games record of 8:55.58.
In the women's 100m breaststroke, Bangkok's Piengkwan Pawapotako took gold in 1:13.64min.
In the men's 100m backstroke, Nonthaburi's Kasitpat Chokrathin finished first in 58.72sec.

In track and field, Prachin Buri's Wassana (14.38) lost to champion Wanlapa (14.35) in the women's 100m hurdles.
In the men's 110m hurdles, Jumrat Rithidej of Nakhon Si Thammarat claimed gold with a time of 14.31.
Suphan Buri took gold in the women's 4x100m relay competition while the men's title went to Surat Thani.
Suphan Buri, led by Neeranuch Klomdee, finished in 45.88 in the women's event, while Surat Thani timed 40.06 in the men's run.
In the women's shot put, Juthaporn Krasaeyan of Bangkok could only finish third with an attempt of 13.38m behind winner Sawitree Thongchao of Nakhon Ratchasima (14.10) and Phrae's Siriporn Maikum (13.47).
In snooker, Bangkok (Sithichai Chiucharn, Nithiwat Karnjanasri, Noppadol Sangnil and Akkranit Sangsermsawad) won gold in the team event after beating Ang Thong 4-0.
