Thongchai and Thaworn earn British Open spots

Thongchai Jaidee and Thaworn Wiratchant have qualified for the 2013 British Open thanks to their performances on the European Tour and the Asian Tour respectively.

Thongchai, 43, got an Open berth after finishing 27th in the Race to Dubai ranking with the top 30 earning trips to the July 18-21 championship at Muirfield in Scotland.

Thaworn, 45, will be at the 142nd Open as the Asian Tour's money winner.
