Li replaces Williams

Injured Serena Williams has been replaced by China's Li Na for the Hua Hin World Tennis Invitation on Dec 29, organisers said yesterday.

The world No.3 American has undergone surgery on her big toes and withdrawn from the event. Li will now meet top-ranked Victoria Azarenka in the exhibition match.
