Armstrong 'may admit to doping'

Disgraced cyclist Lance Armstrong, who was stripped of his seven Tour de France titles for doping, is weighing whether to admit he used performance-enhancing drugs, The New York Times reported.

Armstrong has told associates and anti-doping officials he is considering admitting publicly that he used blood transfusions and banned drugs during his cycling career in an effort to restore his credibility so he can become a competitive athlete again, the newspaper reported.

    D3 Svenviking - The US legal system has nothing to do with Lance's problems. If he wants to race he has to convince the UCI (Europe based) to let him back in. What he did in Europe during races is not covered by US law, only by sport competition rules to prohibit users from competing.

    It's probably just a result of the sick part of the US "legal system" where you make "deals" in order to get reduced sentences instead of going in front of a biased , by the media well "educated", jury.
