AUSTIN, TEXAS - Cyclist Lance Armstrong has admitted to talk show host Oprah Winfrey that he used performance-enhancing drugs in a lengthy interview to be aired later this week, US media reported Monday.

Although Winfrey did not reveal details of the interview ahead of its Thursday night air date on her OWN cable network and website, she took to Twitter to say the exchange had lasted more than two and a half hours.

I support Lance Armstrong .He doped .It was wrong .Everyone seems to have which in my mind means there was a level playing field .He won 7 times .The people who test for doping should be on trial .They allowed it to ion for how long ?

It’s not so long ago when sport was just sport and not big business. Now every top athlete makes millions of dollars, and he or she only makes this kind of money when they stay in the top ranks. So there is obviously a big motivation to win any way they can – and collect money as long as they can.
Sport is totally commercialized like Christmas, Valentine’s Day and lots of other things. Did that improve our lives somehow?
