The "Oakwood Bangkok International Rugby Tens 2013" kicks off Feb 16 at Bangkok Patana School in Soi La Salle. It will feature 36 teams in the main men's open division, 60 youth and student teams, and five to six women's teams who will be playing touch rugby.

The tournament, easily the most popular celebration of rugby in Thailand, draws players from far and wide including Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, South Africa, Singapore, Sri Lanka and United Arab Emirates, and international stars who have played for their countries at the highest level of the sport. This year the star list boasts Bobby Skinstad, former Springbok captain turned television commentator; Willie Lose, sport broadcaster and former Auckland, Tonga and North Harbour player; Breyton Paulse, former Springbok winger; and Solomon King of the New Zealand Sevens team, among others.
