The government filed paperwork in federal court to join a lawsuit by Floyd Landis -- a former Armstrong teammate stripped of the 2006 Tour de France crown for doping -- after talks with Armstrong over damages issues broke down.

Come-on, how many trillions of dollars he has caused the taxpayers or tens of millions of people to become unemployed? The answer is ZERO! What's about bringing a handful of Wall Street senior executives who purposely caused the 2007 Financial Crisis to justice? During the last Saving & Loan Crisis, which was much less in severity about a decade ago, nearly 1,000 bankers went to prisons, but this time, none did so, which is unbelievable! Watch "The Untouchables" on PBS.
