'No plan B' if Maracana not ready, say FIFA

FIFA general secretary Jerome Valcke admitted on Thursday that there was "no plan B" if Rio's emblematic Maracana stadium was not ready for June's Confederations Cup in Brazil.

The famous old stadium in Rio de Janeiro, that hosted the final match of the 1950 World Cup, has been undergoing a makeover.
