SCG Muang Thong United yesterday maintained their perfect start with a 3-0 win against Songkhla United in the Thai Premier League.

Although Muang Thong coach Slavisa Jokanovic rested striker Teerasil Dangda and midfielder Mario Gjurovski, the Kirins were still much too strong for the southern side.
It was Muang Thong's fourth win in as many games this term and the defending champions were also unbeaten last season.
Songkhla frustrated Muang Thong in the first half as the Kirins failed to break the visitors' defence. But the hosts started strongly in the second half as Austrian striker Roland Linz opened the scoring after 51 minutes for his first goal for Muang Thong since his arrival in the off-season.
Five minutes later, Pak Nam Chol missed a golden chance to double the lead for Muang Thong when his shot from close range went wide.
Shortly after that, Muang Thong defender Panupong Wongsa almost gifted the Fighting Bulls an equaliser.
He slipped over and Jules Baga seized on the loose ball but his shot was saved by Weera Kerdputsa.
Dagno Siaka made it 2-0 after 67 minutes and substitute Teerasil added a third goal eight minutes from time.
Elsewhere, BEC Tero Sasana continued their good run with a 3-2 win at promoted Bangkok United.
The Fire Dragons raced to a 3-0 lead with goals from Brazilian striker Cleiton Silva after 26 minutes, Rangsan Vivatchaichok (65) and Arzu Garcia Munoz (76).
Bangkok United fought back spiritedly, though, and cut the deficit to 3-2 through Sompong Soleb in the 62nd minute and Romain Gasmi's penalty kick in the 70th.
In yesterday's other match, TOT's Japanese player Takahiro Kawamura scored the only goal as the hosts beat Osotspa M-150 Saraburi 1-0.
