An overnight co-leader, the Thai shot a one-under-par 71 for 139 _ one stroke ahead of compatriot Udorn Duangdecha who also carded a 71 at Luang Prabang Golf Club.
Sutijet Kooratanapisan, the other overnight joint leader, shot a disappointing 76 for 144.
"I had to work hard today to stay under-par. I had to keep my concentration and I did that well," said Namchok, 25.
"I feel comfortable in the lead. I have not been in this position for a while so I just want to enjoy it."
Udorn, 42, was in a good position to secure his third win on the Asean PGA Tour.
