MANCHESTER - Everton's run as the only unbeaten side in the Barclays Premier League has ended following a 3-1 defeat to Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium in Manchester on Saturday.

The win for the home side ended a skid that included a 3-2 defeat at Aston Villa in their last league match and a 3-1 loss at home to Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League last Wednesday.
