Bangkok Glass on Sunday moved to third place in the Thai Premier League when they defeated Air Force United 2-0, thanks to a brace from Chatree Chimtalay at Leo Stadium.

Chatree put his side ahead in the second minute of the second half and added another in the 74th minute, latching on to a cross from Ong-arj Pamornprasert.

Elsewhere, Watchara Mahawong scored the winning goal for Singhtarua, who won 1-0 against Chainat at Khao Plong Stadium.

Singhtarua moved into second place as a result of their victory and boast the league’s leading scorer in Leandro dos Santos.

Samut Songkhram are still searching for their first win, beaten 3-1 by Suphanburi.

At Tinsulanonda Stadium, Songkhla United secured their first victory by beating Si Sa Ket FC 2-1.

At Thammasat Stadium, Osotspa M-150 Saraburi won 2-1 against Police United.

Meanwhile, SCG Muang Thong United have announced the resignation of head coach Scott Cooper, appointing Pol Chomchuen as caretaker coach in his place.

Cooper resigned after the Kirins drew 1-1 against the BEC Tero Sasana on Saturday night, citing a family issue as the reason for his departure.

“Scott Cooper’s resignation is because of a personal problem and we talked about this for some time,” Muang Thong director Ronnarit Suewaja said.
