After the huge success of the "Singha Obstacle Fun Run" last year, Active Management Asia is bringing it back to Singha Park in Chiang Rai on April 27.
The ‘Singha Obstacle Fun Run 2014’ is coming back to Chiang Rai.
The second edition offers exciting routes that travel along scenic trails exploring the mountains, farmland and tea plantations of the famous park.
There are two distances for solo entrants (males and females aged 16 years and up) to choose from — 7.5km (one lap and 10 obstacles) and 15km (two laps and 20 obstacles).
The race is also open to teams of five runners of any age and offers a total distance of 30km (four laps with 40 obstacles). Each of the four laps must be completed by two runners from the team.
Held in parallel to the main event will be a 3km fun run for children and families. This family event is expected to see people from many countries, cultures and ages get together in a friendly and festive atmosphere.
The registration fee is 650 baht for solo entries (700 baht on the race day) and 2,950 baht per team (3,250 baht on the race day).
