Buriram held to draw with Army

Defending champions Buriram United yesterday fought back to draw 1-1 against Army United in the Thai Premier League. Raphael Botti put Army ahead before Javier Patino equalised for Buriram.

Elsewhere, Suphanburi defeated Si Sa Ket 2-0, goals coming from Bjorn Lindermann and Ekachai Rithiphan.

Osotspa M-150 Saraburi defeated Samut Songkhram 2-0, scoring through Apipoo Sunthornpanavej and Jetsada Puanakunmee.

BEC Tero Sasana claimed three points by defeating Police United 5-2. Jirawat Makkrarom scored twice to give BEC Tero a 2-0 lead, but Police hit back through Kim Tae Min and Dagno Siaka to be level at half-time.

However, Rangsan Wiwatchaanichok put BEC Tero back in front after the restart before Sho Shimoji's brace secure victory.

As a result, BEC Tero Sasana moved to third place with 59 points.
